KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • To support in reviewing and governing the new product development and pricing for SEA and Korea. • To support in commercial IF actions, including but not limited to retention management and cross/up selling. • To support in other topics including but not limited to product performance dashboard, annual product plan, and business & product strategy. • To support in in-depth review which may require traveling oversea. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Support the product governance process. • Support in reviewing the PAP document, providing your actuarial opinions, and liaising with GUO underwriting team for validation. • Support in reviewing and updating IMa Life & Savings Underwriting guideline. 2. Support commercial IF management. • Participate in Monthly IF catch up with KTAXA, AMFSAXA Philippines and Korea, and take the meeting minutes to track the follow-up actions. • Maintain the persistency dashboard. • Prepare the presentation slides for the topics of retention and cross/up selling. 3. Support key initiatives related to products and strategy. • Participate & support in organizing the annual product workshop • Support in IMa L&S community • Maintain the product performance dashboard • Support in reviewing the annual product plan and preparing the slides for the annual product plan delivery. • Support in preparing the slides for products and business strategy related topics. 4. Support other projects, including but not limited to: • Participate & support the in-depth review (IDR) for the selected entity • Monitor the status of projects of technical excellence and employee discount program • Build up the L&S product inventory • Ad-hoc requests 5. Support travelling to entities upon needed KEY CUSTOMERS: Internal to AXA: • SEA & Korea entities: product, pricing, investment and risk • IMa: L&S, Health, Investment, Risk, and Finance EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICIATIONS: Experience/Qualifications: • Pursuing actuarial designation of the international actuarial associations. • Having at least 7 years insurance working experience - including at least experience study and pricing experiences in SEA. • Bachelor's degree with major in Actuarial science, Mathematics or Finance. • Being an Actuary as future career and shows strong interests in insurance products.
