At AXA Group Operations, we want to be recognized in three fields of action: State-of-the-art Data Technology to drive customer experience State-of-the-art Procurement & Sourcing to drive efficiency and better manage risks High-Performing Global Team for stronger partnerships with AXA entities Job position pitch About the job Job purpose As member of the One Workplace team, and in the context of the accountability of Product model in the frame of Product delivery, you manage the relationship between several AXA subsidiaries (entities) across Asia and the Workplace Global Products team, in close collaboration with all relevant team across AXA GO. You supervise product delivery, project execution, track dependencies and manage priority conflicts regarding product deliveries between entities. You also maintain a dashboard to visualize the delivery status of all entity-demands for the Workplace product-family. Main missions Your responsibilities include: (a) Ensure success of your pool of entities regarding Program/Product delivery In collaboration with each product line and entities' project manager Enforce Workplace deployment method and contribute to its continuous improvement. Support both product and entity into achieving in time, in quality and in budget the migration projects, provide accurate risk and issues view to the whole organization. (b) Actively contribute to roadmap build In collaboration with each product line and the local IT market Engage with CIO/CTO and workplace teams in the entities to agree entity onboarding and roadmaps for deployments. (c) Prepare and steer steering committees with each of the entities In collaboration with each product line and the local IT market Ensure the operational governance is in place and run smoothly. Set-up and run required monthly governance to open dialog between the entity and the global workplace organization to define priorities and manage issues in a partnership spirit. Expected skills & experience We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Experience Experience with workplace infrastructure solutions Able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision Manage and prioritize tasks and time efficiently. Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
