Job overview: You'll be responsible for design and evolution of primary care, virtual care, prevention and wellbeing propositions for AXA Health customers. You'll focus on scalable access models, digital first care and early intervention. You'll identify and deliver action plans that consistently improve customer experience. Your role will support the development and delivery of innovation, thought leadership and prevention strategy across primary care and digital health, ensuring AXA Health remain at the forefront of market evolution and care transformation. This role is an 8-month fixed term contract. Key responsibilities: Lead domain expertise for primary care and digital health pathways, driving value across the healthcare value chain. Shape and design high value propositions to improve access, efficiency and outcomes through digital first models. Support colleagues with embedding primary care and digital health propositions. Partner with providers and colleagues to ensure safe delivery. Consistently develop and monitor product performance, value, and outcomes. Identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement and new proposition development. Produce clear performance reporting and insight for senior stakeholders. Contribute to innovation and service integration initiatives and partner with Governance and Claims teams to manage risks and outcomes. Manage processes to proactively mitigate risk from a regulated financial services and clinical perspective. Provide insight into client feedback and market trends, influencing internal and external stakeholders on future care models. Drive thought leadership across primary care and digital health, proactively shaping our primary care strategy and influencing internal and external stakeholders on future care models. Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. Your skills & experience: Knowledge or experience of working with or in digital health or virtual GP environment is required. Experience working in a regulated environment is essential. Analytical and service design capability. Ability to proactively manage risk management frameworks to appraise and mitigate financial, non-financial and clinical risk. Outstanding stakeholder management, influencing skills and presentation skills. Project management skills with demonstrable experience of go-to-market plans that deliver propositions on time and in control. Curiosity for innovation in healthcare and best practice proposition development methodology. Exposure to claims, healthcare delivery or customer operations is desirable.
