As AXA XL continues its growth and implementation of new capabilities, the Senior Organizational Change Manager will own adoption, readiness, and colleague experience for all change impacting a defined business segment. This role serves as the primary voice of the business, ensuring change is designed and delivered in a way that reflects segmental realities. The Senior Organizational Change Manager partners closely with segment leadership, technology and product teams, and global change resources, while retaining accountability for in-segment outcomes. What you'll be doing What will your essential responsibilities include? Develop and oversee a comprehensive in-segment change management strategy, including technology and business initiatives, aligned with overall business priorities and outcomes Accountable for adoption, readiness, and colleague experience across all change impacting the segment. Develop and maintain integrated segment adoption roadmaps, sequencing change to maximize impact and minimize fatigue. Design and implement in-segment communication plans, leveraging influence to support effective training approaches. Act as the primary voice of the business segment in change design and delivery decisions, collaborating closely with business leaders to ensure initiatives meet segment-specific needs. Own and nurture outstanding business relationships to facilitate smooth change adoption and gather valuable feedback. Create and execute segment adoption roadmaps, including sequencing and planning activities to maximize impact. Maintain an ongoing feedback loop with the business to monitor change progress, address challenges, and optimize strategies. Lead business readiness activities, ensuring teams are prepared, trained, and supported throughout the change lifecycle. Partner with global change and delivery teams, influencing rollout of global approaches to ensure realistic segment context. Contribute to artifacts such as impact assessments, target operating models, process documentation. In this role, you will report to the Organizational Change Lead. What you'll bring We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Proven experience leading and delivering complex change initiatives within the insurance industry or similarly complex environments, with an outstanding track record of managing initiatives, including coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful outcomes. Prior experience in consulting, transformation, or strategic advisory roles, providing strategic advice and solutions to clients or internal stakeholders Ability to operate credibility with senior business leaders and influence decisions Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of quality. Skilled in planning, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating resources efficiently to ensure timely delivery of deliverables. Deep understanding of core business processes within the insurance sector, combined with technical knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies Adept at diagnosing complex issues, conducting root cause analysis, and developing innovative solutions. Capable of thinking critically at both strategic and operational levels, analyzing data and processes, and communicating insights effectively across different organizational layers Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across various levels of the organization. The U.S. base salary range for this position is USD $120,000 - $189,000 Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience and location.
