What will you do?

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Diseñar, gestionar y optimizar la estrategia del canal de Afiliación a nivel global, maximizando el rendimiento y asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de negocio.

Responsabilidades principales:

🔹 Diseñar, ejecutar y gestionar campañas del canal de Afiliación (configuración, tracking y activación).
🔹 Gestionar la relación con afiliados, redes y partners: comunicación, seguimiento y negociación.
🔹 Monitorizar y analizar el rendimiento de las campañas mediante KPIs clave (CPO, revenue, conversión...), optimizando continuamente.
🔹 Gestionar presupuestos y modelos de comisión, asegurando una inversión eficiente y alineada con los objetivos.
🔹 Colaborar con equipos internos (Digital Sales, Data, otros canales de marketing...) para asegurar la calidad del tráfico y la alineación con la marca.
🔹 Identificar nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento: nuevos afiliados, verticales, mercados y modelos de colaboración.
🔹 Investigar y adoptar nuevas tendencias, herramientas y estrategias en afiliación.
🔹 Elaborar informes periódicos con insights accionables y recomendaciones.

Requisitos:

🔹 Experiencia en marketing digital, idealmente en Afiliación, Performance o canales de adquisición.
🔹 Conocimiento de plataformas/redes de afiliación (Awin, CJ, Rakuten, Tradedoubler o similares).
🔹 Perfil analítico, con experiencia trabajando con KPIs y optimización de campañas.
🔹 Dominio de MS Office (especialmente Excel) y herramientas de análisis (Google Analytics, tableau o similares).
🔹 Excelente capacidad de organización, priorización y gestión del tiempo.
🔹 Atención al detalle y capacidad de resolución de problemas.
🔹 Habilidades de comunicación y negociación con partners.
🔹 Idiomas: español e inglés alto (imprescindible, se utilizará en el día a día). Otros idiomas serán un plus.
