What will you do?

Serás responsable de liderar la analítica de datos de Recursos Humanos a nivel corporativo, garantizando la calidad, coherencia y trazabilidad del dato en un entorno internacional. Tendrás un rol clave en la homogeneización y reconciliación de datos entre múltiples sistemas, habilitando la toma de decisiones estratégicas y asegurando el cumplimiento regulatorio (EINF / RSC).

• Orientación al detalle.

• Capacidad para cuestionar y depurar datos inconsistentes.
