What will you do?

Buscamos un/a Ayudante de Recepción para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en el hotel Torre de Madrid. La persona seleccionada dará soporte al departamento de Front Office, garantizando una atención al cliente profesional y de alta calidad. Las funciones principales serán:

• Apoyo en el check-in y check-out de huéspedes.

• Atención presencial, telefónica y por email.

• Gestión de reservas y asignación de habitaciones.

• Información sobre servicios del hotel y recomendaciones locales.

• Coordinación con otros departamentos (pisos, mantenimiento, F&B).

• Resolución de incidencias básicas.

What are we looking for?

-Valorable formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Hostelería y Turismo.
- Experiencia: mínima de 1 año en puesto similar.
- Idiomas: inglés alto, valorable segundo idioma.
- Se valorarán conocimientos en: Ofimática, PMS (Opera).
- Capacidad de adaptación.
- Orientación al cliente.
- Habilidades comunicativas. Actitud proactiva, ganas de aprender y trabajar en equipo.
