What will you do?

2. Responsabilidades

  • El Channel Manager será responsable de mantener actualizadas las tarifas, ofertas y disponibilidades en los diferentes canales de venta, así como en el PMS.
  • El Channel Manager se responsabilizará de mantener actualizados y atractivos los contenidos de los hoteles (textos, etc en los diferentes canales de distribución on line, dando siempre prioridad a Barcelo com
  • El Channel Manager se asegurará de que los diferentes distribuidores respetan los acuerdos firmados con Barceló (cupos, cancelación, No Shows, etc

3. Funciones principales

  • Mantenimiento de tarifas, disponibilidad, restricciones, suplementos, descuentos y complementos
  • Asegurar que los hoteles a su cargo estén activos en todos los canales (Barcelo com, Call Center, OTA's Mayoristas online, Centrales de reservas
  • Actualización de tarifas, disponibilidad, ofertas, suplementos
  • Gestión de ofertas y paquetes en Barcelo com Aplicación de Paquetes, Complementos, Upselling habitaciones, gestión de promocodes
  • Gestión e implementación de las ofertas y campañas individuales, así como de las corporativas en todos los canales
  • Revisión de fotos y contenidos Barcelo com, OTAs B 2 B
  • Cierres de ventas progresivos cerrando previamente los canales con mayores comisiones
  • Correcta aplicación de las políticas de cancelación y No Shows en todos los canales
