What will you do?

• Planificar, organizar, dirigir y ejecutar las actividades de animación del Hotel, utilizando los recursos materiales, técnicos y humanos disponibles, teniendo en cuenta las características de los clientes.
• Identificar las características de la demanda en el área.
• Realizar la planificación de las actividades a ofrecer (días y horarios).
• Determinar los recursos materiales, técnicos y humanos necesarios.
• Prever las colaboraciones externas, proveedores, equipos...
• Coordinar todos los recursos y servicios que deben servir de apoyo a las actividades programadas.
• Elaborar el presupuesto anual del departamento y velar por su cumplimiento.
• Elaborar un plan de promoción y publicidad de las actividades.
• Confección de turnos y horarios del personal del departamento.

What are we looking for?

• Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Animación Turística.
• Experiencia: mínima de 3 años en posición similar del mismo sector.
• Idiomas: inglés, francés y/o alemán.
• Se valorarán conocimientos en: estudios técnicos de animación, artes o educación física.
• Trabajo en equipo
• Habilidades comunicativas y de expresión corporal
• Iniciativa
• Creatividad
• Capacidad de planificación y organización
• Persona activa y con energía
