We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front & Back Office Export Specialist to support Bella Aurora Labs' global growth initiatives.

💡 What You Need for the Role

To succeed in this role, you will bring a solid background in international operations, a structured mindset, and strong coordination and communication skills within dynamic environments. We are looking for someone who offers:

• A degree in International Business Administration or a related field.

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an international or export-focused environment.

• Strong knowledge of customs procedures, regulations, and international trade requirements.

• Solid technical skills, including proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and other relevant business tools.

• Full professional proficiency in English; French is considered a strong plus.

🎯 What You'll Do with Us

As part of our Export team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth international operations and an excellent client experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the onboarding of new clients, including documentation, logistics requirements, delivery conditions, and product formats.

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating timely and effective responses with internal teams.

• Providing accurate information on products, services, export regulations, and internal procedures.

• Managing sales orders, credits, client forecasts, and future needs with seamless internal coordination.

• Coordinating international shipments and preparing export documentation in line with customer requirements.

• Monitoring orders, managing customs procedures, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

• Identifying and resolving issues related to orders, logistics, customs, or client needs in collaboration with relevant teams.

• Supporting the continuous improvement of processes for new and existing clients.
