This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.
The Booking Holdings B.V. (BHBV) Front-Office Treasury team is looking for a FX Product Analyst to support with the establishment and development of analytical reporting, providing insights into FX Risk Management performance and strategy, contributing to Booking Holdings Inc Group's regular business planning cycle.
The position forms an integral part of the Front Office FX team, which sits within a centralised Treasury department covering the globe and consisting of 50+ people. The preferred candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably from a large international corporate organisation and/ or a Bank with global FX dealing capabilities.
Reporting to the Senior Group FX Product Manager, the successful candidate should have a high attention to detail and be accustomed to working in a fast paced environment, while functioning collaboratively with various internal and external teams to successfully meet agreed deliverables.
The FX Product analyst will focus on optimizing Group FX Hedging workflows and system design to better interpret Group FX balance sheet volatility and impacts. They will develop, build and automate a comprehensive reporting toolkit for the Treasury Front Office team, spanning the entire trade lifecycle: from pre-trade risk analytics (VaR/Cost of Hedging) to post-trade performance metrics and cost and FX impact analysis.
The successful candidate will join a team of 12 Front-Office Treasury professionals who are collectively responsible for the management of all FX and Fixed Income activities, alongside Liquidity Forecasting for the Booking.com Group. They will be working closely with Treasury Dealers and other Treasury Managers across various projects associated with the Group's financial risk management strategy.
The successful candidate will also be accustomed to a work environment that thrives on change, innovation and be able to manage competing priorities while working under pressure to deliver on goals that are set within the team.
Due to the rapid and continuous growth of the organisation, the tasks and duties of this role will evolve over time. You will be keen to develop and grow within the role and challenge yourself to take on additional projects and responsibilities as they present themselves.
Key responsibilities:
- Design & Automate Reporting: Build, develop, and automate a comprehensive reporting toolkit for
the FX Front Office team, covering the entire FX trade lifecycle (pre-trade risk to post-trade
performance). - Analyze Performance: Analyze the monthly performance of the Group's FX hedging strategy Actuals
versus Forecast, clearly communicating the results and overall FX impact to a wide range of internal
stakeholders. - Enhance Insights: Maintain, improve, and develop new FX reporting solutions and analytical insights
for all managed Group entities. - FX Risk Management & Compliance: Actively monitor FX risks fro the Group and ensure adherence
to Treasury hedging policy standards. - Lead Initiatives: Drive projects with the Treasury FX Product Lead to improve analytical capabilities
and support cross-company initiatives to integrate FX systems and streamline the operating model. - Support: the Senior Group FX product manager on various cross company initiatives to integrate
Treasury FX systems and tooling, in order to streamline the Company's FX operating model. - Demonstrate Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others.

Skills and experience required:
- Master degree (in Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting or similar quantitative field or equivalent practical experience)
- 1 - 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent MS Excel skills including VBA
- Working knowledge of programming language (R or Python) skills is a big plus
- Very strong analytical and modelling skills; a fluency in data analytics is a big plus
- Familiarity with system; SAP/S4; Tableau; Bloomberg Terminal, FIS Quantum, BI, Snowflake
- Understanding of financial derivatives valuations and accounting
- Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and awareness of the impact of foreign exchange transactions on accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others
- Able to demonstrate relentless tenacity to drive business objectives and deliver results
