Your career as a P&C Advisor at Booksy will give you the opportunity to act as a trusted HR partner and expert guide for our French team, shaping a compliant, driving a high-performance culture. Working closely with the Head of Partnering, you'll lead the way in navigating French labour law, managing employee relations, and coaching managers to build exceptional teams.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role, you're going to need:

  • Bilingual Fluency: Professional-level mastery of both French and English is essential for navigating complex legalities and collaborating globally.
  • French Labour Law Expertise: A solid, practical understanding of French employment legislation and its application in day-to-day HR advisory.
  • Employee Relations Experience: A proven track record of managing ER cases end-to-end, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • CSE Engagement: Familiarity with preparing for and participating in Social and Economic Committee meetings.
  • Pragmatic Problem-Solving: The ability to provide commercially sound advice in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with managers and employees across different cultures.
