In anticipation of increasing scale and complexity of the business we're now looking for a Senior iOS Engineer.

The role of Senior iOS Engineer is paramount in realizing the product vision through code. Software engineers work hand in hand with product managers, designers, and fellow team members to grasp requirements, devise solutions, and craft scalable, top-tier software products. They are instrumental in feature implementation, maintaining product stability, and iterating based on user feedback to enhance the product continuously.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement complex projects from conception through completion.
• Ensure the high quality of code across the team through code reviews and setting coding standards.
• Participate in planning complex projects to identify dependencies, establish timelines, and provide reliable estimations.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing system efficiency and propose initiatives for technological advancements.
• Contribute to the design and architectural decisions for complex systems or products to ensure scalability, reliability, security and performance.
• Participate in technical assessment of recruitment candidates.

Technical requirements:

• SwiftUI Mastery: You have extensive experience building complex, production-grade user interfaces using SwiftUI. You understand its state management lifecycle and can build fluid, performant UI without relying on UIKit wrappers.
• Modern Concurrency Expert: You possess expert-level knowledge of async/await and structured concurrency. You can demonstrate how to handle complex asynchronous data flows efficiently and safely.
• Reactive Programming: Proficient in Combine or similar reactive frameworks to manage data binding and stream-based architecture.
• Modular Architecture & SPM: Expert knowledge of Swift Package Manager (SPM) and modular design. You have experience breaking down monolithic apps into scalable, testable modules and libraries.
• Architecture & Design Patterns: Expert level of understanding in modern architectural patterns such as MVVM, TCA (The Composable Architecture), or Clean Architecture. You can articulate the "why" behind your architectural choices.
• Apple Ecosystem & Best Practices: Deeply familiar with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and documentation. You write "Apple-idiomatic" code that follows the latest SDK best practices.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Strong commitment to XCTest and Unit Testing. You view automated testing as a requirement for "done" and have experience implementing testable code structures.
• CI/CD Automation: Expert knowledge on how to configure and maintain CI/CD processes (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane) to automate testing, linting, and App Store deployment.
• Production Track Record: Minimum of 4+ years of iOS-specific experience at a Senior level. You must have a proven history of shipping and maintaining live products in the App Store.

Soft Skills & Leadership

• Code Stewardship: Experience leading high-level code reviews and mentoring mid-level developers to maintain high engineering standards.
• Technical Documentation: Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear documentation for the rest of the engineering team.
• Product Mindset: You don't just build features; you understand the business impact and the user experience of the product you are shipping.
