Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for the settlement and collection of automotive after-sales service payments
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness of the bank/cash statement on a daily & monthly basis
- Review and proceed reimbursement according to company regulations
- Arrange reimbursement and payment for employees and suppliers through e-banking
- Issue VAT invoices based on sales orders, and complete the express delivery of invoices
- Complete other tasks assigned by department head or leader e.g. data analysis, process optimization etc.
