职位描述

  • Responsible for order management process from order entry to delivery completion to achieve a speedy and efficient order flow.
  • Work as independent contact window for key account customers
  • Customer requirements management for order to cash process.
  • Interface to multi-internal cross functions to execute as Go-To-Market key contact window for customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Share recurring problems with the relevant internal partners in order to find solutions and improve service level
  • Lead order to cash process optimization
  • Operational Excellence Central KPI management
  • Complete other tasks assigned by manager

职位要求

  • Bachelor degree or above in logistic management, min 2 years working experience in relevant industries.
  • Have the holistic supply chain view
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high-level analysis
  • Familiar with SAP system and Excel/PPT/Power BI office software
  • Fluent in English (international environment)
  • Strong team player, pro-active, flexible, self-motivated, results driven, willing to take additional responsibilities, ability to influence, able to work under pressure.
