What We Are Looking For

• Students in the final years of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Profiles with solid knowledge in data analysis and advanced proficiency in office tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Applicants with at least 120 academic credits passed and active university enrollment with an internship agreement.
• Availability for curricular or extracurricular internship periods.
• Individuals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and curiosity to understand the key drivers of business growth.

Skills and Competencies

• Basic knowledge or strong interest in data visualization tools such as Power BI and KPI management.
• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, corporate environments.
• Structured mindset for problem-solving and interpreting financial and market metrics.
• Excellent communication and summarizing skills to effectively present findings and collaborate cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business reporting and analysis tasks by helping to create, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards to improve visibility of results across teams.
• Collaborate in automating and enhancing recurring reports, analyzing key performance indicators like sales, supplies, and market penetration to identify trends and opportunities.
• Learn and contribute to the analytical tracking of strategic projects by consolidating relevant information, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Assist in analyzing the OPT model and actively participate in defining and implementing improvements to optimize its direct impact on business performance.
• Provide transversal support in preparing materials for follow-up meetings and document processes to standardize best practices within the area.
