COCUNAT is looking for a SENIOR CREATIVE STRATEGIST to join our marketing team in Barcelona.

Creative Strategy Development:

• Design content strategies for ads on Meta and TikTok, aligned with brand conversion and positioning objectives.
• Conceptualize new creative angles, messages and approaches to continuously test.
• Develop clear briefs for the creative team, ensuring the execution of high-impact ideas.
• Understand the target audience of each product and coordinate with the influencer team to find UGC profiles that fit the brand and ensure the generation of quality content to meet the brief's needs.

Analysis and Optimization:

• Review ad performance in collaboration with the Media Buyers team to extract insights and continuously improve key KPIs.
• Implement an A/B testing approach to formats, copy and visual styles.
• Analysis and reporting of results.

Trends and Benchmarking:

• Stay up-to-date with TikTok and Meta Ads trends, ensuring that COCUNAT always innovates with the most effective formats.
• Research the competition and other sectors to identify creative opportunities in different markets.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Coordinate with the design, content and influencer teams to ensure content quality and consistency.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.
• Management of external production and design agencies.

• +2 years previous experience in paid ads creative strategy, ideally in e-commerce or cosmetic/beauty brands.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads (understand what works and why).
• Ability to develop creative angles, storytelling and disruptive approaches in conversion ads.
• Experience in data analysis and key paid media metrics.
• Knowledge of trends in UGC (User Generated Content) and experience collaborating with content creators.
• Ability to create clear and effective briefs for design and production teams.
• Experience in A/B testing and optimization of ads based on results.
• Growth hacker mindset: obsession with iterating and scaling campaigns with data-driven creativity.
• Experience with innovative tools in creative ad management, such as VidMob, Pencil, CreativeX or AI platforms for content generation and performance analysis will be valued.
• High level of spoken and written Spanish and English. German is a plus. Other language skills will also be valued.
