Now we're looking for an Associate Growth Manager to help write the next chapter: scaling our growth globally, shaping creative strategy, and building campaigns that reach millions every month.

ROLE

As an Associate Growth Manager, you'll join a team driving strategy, execution, and performance for one of the world's fastest-growing photo apps. Here's the deal: ownership isn't handed out with a title - it's earned. Prove yourself, and you'll own real processes fast. Even our juniors run their own experiments, budgets, and decisions. The ceiling is as high as you make it.

We're looking for a versatile, data-savvy, creative thinker who's hungry to test, learn, and grow fast alongside senior marketers who've been there.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support end-to-end campaign execution. Help plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms - with mentorship early on, and more ownership as you ramp.

• Jump into creative testing. Work closely with designers and copywriters to brainstorm ad concepts, test new hypotheses, and help scale what works.

• Dig into the data. Build and maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and turn repetitive analysis into automated workflows - so you spend more time finding insights, unlocking new growth opportunities and less time pulling numbers.

• Collaborate across teams. Partner with product, design, and data to understand user behavior and shape smarter growth strategies.

• Experiment fearlessly. Bring fresh ideas to the table - new channels, new creative formats, new angles. We value curiosity over credentials.

• Learn from the best. Work alongside experienced growth marketers and ad platform partners (Meta, TikTok, Google) to accelerate your craft.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• A recent graduate, or up to 2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, paid media, analytics, or a related field. (A degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or similar is a plus - but we care more about how you think than what's on your diploma.)

• Analytical mindset: comfortable with numbers and eager to use data to guide creative and budget decisions. Strong Excel/Sheets skills are a must; SQL or a BI tool is a bonus.

• Creative curiosity: you love testing new ideas and figuring out what resonates with audiences - whether it's a TikTok trend or a brand-new ad format.

• Collaborative energy: a strong communicator who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional teams and isn't afraid to ask questions.

• AI enthusiasm - with fundamentals. You're excited about AI tools and agents that can sharpen everyday workflows, but you also respect the craft: the marketing fundamentals, the manual analysis, the "old ways" that still power great growth teams. You want to master both.

• Bias for action: you'd rather ship, learn, and iterate than wait for perfect information.

• Fluent in English.
