As an Inside Partner Engineer Trainer in Barcelona,you'llcombine your technicalexpertise, training skills, and passion for cloud technologies to empower partners and drive business growth.

What you will do in this role

- Design and deliver engaging training programs, including presentations, workshops, demos, and hands-on labs.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping partners understand andadopt solutionsand best practices.
- Collaborate with Partner Account Managers toidentifytraining needs and tailor enablement programs to partner requirements.
- Create,maintain, and continuously improve training materials to reflect on the latest products and releases.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment through webinars, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Gather feedback,monitortraining effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement across partner enablement activities.

Your qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience in technical training, technical support, cloud technologies, pre-sales, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Experience creating and delivering technical training content for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
-Google Cloud Digital Leader certificationrequired.

Nice to have

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ora relatedfield.
-Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect or Associate Cloud Engineer.
-Experience with networking, databases, big data, security, or distributed systems.
-Background in channel management, partner enablement, or pre-sales environments.
-Experience working with cloud infrastructure and modern softwarearchitectures.

- Full-time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
- Salary 26.480,38 euros gross/year + up to 4.000 euros gross/year in bonus + Restaurant Card
