In close collaboration with HQ Business Supply Planning and Supply Teams, the Category Divisional Planner leads innovation and catalogue lifecycle activities while managing global demand planning. The role drives forecast accuracy, portfolio productivity and supports the S&OP process across Coty's multi‑brand product launches.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Category Divisional Planner, you play a critical role in leading innovation launches across Coty's brand portfolio, managing product lifecycle activities and ensuring global demand planning accuracy to support business performance and S&OP excellence.You will be reporting to Divisional Planning Senior Manager, and you will manage:
Innovation Management:
- Ensure demand completeness and reasonability for innovation launches
- Perform monthly forecast valuation and weekly reviews for top innovations
- Compare forecasts versus previous cycles and communicate insights to business planning stakeholders
- Ensure execution and communication of approved arbitrage decisions
Catalogue & Lifecycle Management:
- Maintain lifecycle attributes and product catalogue data (PIM)
- Execute PIPO and discontinuation strategies in collaboration with CSP
- Coordinate discontinuation plans with markets and monitor forecast updates
Global Demand Planning & Base Business:
- Ensure accuracy of BU S&OP submissions
- Manage global S&OP documentation and data flows
- Load actuals, financial targets and final forecasts into S&OP systems
- Generate reports to support audits, compliance and performance reviews
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a supply chain planning professional, you thrive in a fast‑paced and diverse environment. You are analytical, structured and comfortable working cross‑functionally in an international context. This role is open to candidates with a first professional experience completed.
- Experience in demand and/or supply planning within an end‑to‑end supply chain
- Exposure to innovation launches (NPD), base business and product lifecycle management
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Experience with planning and data systems (Excel, PIM)
- Strong data analysis and summarisation skills to support decision‑making
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
