TRADE MARKETING & VISUAL MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST

As our Visual Merchandising Specialist Consumer Beauty, you will be responsible for acting as the key interface between Trade Marketing and stores, ensuring outstanding execution of merchandising and point-of-sale materials for Coty's leading consumer brands: Rimmel, Max Factor, Bourjois, and Sally Hansen. You will drive excellence in-store visibility, brand consistency, and commercial performance.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring outstanding execution of our brands at the point of sale, primarily across dedicated in-store spaces with permanent branded fixtures, in order to achieve our marketing and sales objectives. You will be responsible for guaranteeing excellent brand image and flawless execution, fully aligned with the brand's DNA and strategy.

You will be reporting to the Group Brand Manager, and you will manage:

• Define, design, and implement planograms across all brands
• Ensure excellent POS image and execution aligned with brand DNA
• Coordinate approvals with international brand teams when required
• Gather insights and learnings for future activations
• Analyse assortment portfolio profitability
• Identify opportunities to improve in-store productivity
• Support achievement of sales and marketing objectives
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies
• Ensure timely and high-quality POS implementation
• Manage budgets effectively and track investments

Essential

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Disciplined, organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven.
• Comfortable managing different projects & brands at the same time.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in merchandising or trade marketing roles.
• Knowledge and sensitivity to the beauty business, especially in the Consumer beauty sector
• Commercial awareness and trade marketing knowledge are essential to drive forward the business
• Good communicator and interpersonal skills will help you to get by with different stakeholders
• Teamwork- oriented
• Demonstrate ability to remain self-motivated at all time
• Microsoft Office Package (Excel & PowerPoint user level)
• Advanced level in English & Spanish language
