What We're Looking For

We're looking for an AI video creation consultant who is already operating at the forefront of AI video and generative content. We are looking to work with someone who is: already building with the latest AI video tooling, constantly testing new approaches, has a strong point of view on what works vs what doesn't and can build a scalable content production pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply what you already know: Bring your existing experience with AI video tools and workflows to show what's currently possible based on real usage, not theory.

Produce high-quality prototypes: Create AI-generated or AI-assisted workout and coaching content and test approaches to instructional clarity, visual quality, and accurate methodology, focusing on outputs suitable for real product use.

Push the boundaries (practically): Continuously test new tools and capabilities as they emerge and identify where quality is already viable, close, or not yet usable.

Identify where systems make sense: Where quality allows, define how production could scale and suggest workflows or automation only where they improve outcomes.

Advise on direction: Provide clear, experience-led recommendations on what we should invest in now, what to monitor, and what to ignore.

The ideal candidate

You are: already deeply embedded in AI video and generative content actively building, testing, and sharing work focused on real output quality, not just experimentation

You have: created AI-generated video content others would recognise as high quality. You have strong understanding of formats that require instructional clarity, and the ability to work hands-on and move quickly.

Must-have
- A portfolio or examples of AI-generated or AI-assisted video work
- Clear evidence of recent, hands-on experimentation with AI video tools
- Strong judgement on what works vs what doesn't

Nice to have
- Experience with fitness, wellness, or coaching content

- Experience adapting content for product environments (not just social)
- Experience working with hybrid production (AI + human)

What success looks like
- A set of high-quality prototype videos relevant to our product
- A clear view of what AI already does well and where it falls short
- Practical recommendations for how we should move forward 🚀
