What We're Looking For

We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Senior Motion Designer to join our team to play an integral part in the Creative Production team. You won't just be "making videos"; you will be engineering high-impact visual assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google that stop the scroll and drive results.

The ideal candidate thinks like a marketer and designs like an artist. You understand the psychology of a "hook," the importance of a clear CTA, and how to iterate based on performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end creative execution for performance motion ads across Facebook, Google, and TikTok

• Set creative direction and quality standards, with strong focus on high-converting first 3 seconds

• Lead and manage freelance motion designers (briefing, feedback, delivery, quality control)

• Mentor designers and elevate overall team output through structured reviews and coaching

• Analyze performance data with Growth/Marketing teams to iterate, scale winners, and cut low performers

• Create high-impact motion design (dynamic typography, transitions, compositing, platform-native content)

• Collaborate with Video Producers and Growth Managers to align creative with KPIs (CPI, ROAS, LTV)

• Lead design reviews and foster a high-performance, feedback-driven culture

• Stay ahead of social trends (UGC, AI workflows, 3D, platform formats) and apply them strategically

• Optimize workflows and production pipelines for speed, scalability, and testing volume

Required skills

• The "Design-First" Mindset: A portfolio that proves you are a top-tier graphic designer who happens to be a master of motion (strong grasp of typography, hierarchy, and color).

• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the technical and psychological nuances of TikTok, Meta, and YouTube ad formats.

• Technical Stack: Mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro.

• Figma Fluency: Experience using Figma as a primary collaborative tool.

• Performance Literacy: Ability to articulate why a creative decision was made in the context of business goals and user behavior.

• Communication: Fluent English with the ability to pitch creative ideas clearly and concisely.
