As a committed TPM (Third Party Manufacturer) Senior Planner to join our External Operations (EXO) team. You ensure finished product availability by balancing service, cost, and cash. You do this through effective master production scheduling with external manufacturing partners and proactive management of service and inventory risks.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our EXO Senior Planner, you play a critical role in ensuring finished product availability from TPMs. You manage Master Production Scheduling (MPS) activities, mitigate service and inventory risks, and drive strong operational performance across the supply chain.
You will be reporting to EXO Planning Senior Manager, and you will manage:
1. Third Party Manufacturer portfolio management:
- Managing a portfolio of TPMs
- Ensuring finished goods (base business and initiatives) are delivered to Distribution Centers (DCs) on time & in full (OTIF - On Time In Full)
- Acting as the main point of contact with TPMs for purchase orders and follow‑up
- Managing urgencies with TPMs, Quality, and Operations
2. Service, inventory, and risk management:
- Proactively identifying service and inventory risks
- Leading mitigation planning and escalating issues when needed
- Reviewing and managing exception messages to balance service and inventory
- Monitoring and following demand changes
3. Process ownership and cross‑functional collaboration:
- Owning key Master Production Scheduling (MPS) processes and delivering their KPIs
- Supporting Supply Chain Logistics with scorecard reviews and the Planning Operating Model with TPMs
- Ensuring logistics activities and inventory accuracy, including SAP
- Partnering with TPMs, Demand Planning, Quality and Procurement
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced planning professional with third‑party management exposure, you thrive in a fast‑paced and diverse environment. You are motivated, proactive, results‑focused, and able to prioritize effectively.
- 2 years of experience in supply planning with end‑to‑end supply chain knowledge
- Experience managing TPMs
- Experience in demand planning and/or manufacturing environments (e.g. packaging or filling) is valued
- Ability to plan and launch products based on business needs
- Strong analytical skills, including Excel and SAP (Systems, Applications and Products) knowledge
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
