Qualifications
You have:
- +2 years of experience in IT / Tech recruitment
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of tech hiring requests
- Experience using an ATS
- Familiarity with Workday is a plus

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team in Barcelona and play a key role in scaling our tech teams across Spain, the Middle East, and Europe.
What you will do:
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes for tech roles, delivering a seamless and high-quality candidate experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor throughout the hiring process
- Manage and continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure a smooth new joiner experience
- Collaborate with and manage external partners (agencies and vendors), ensuring alignment, quality, and efficiency
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
