Who We're Looking For

This role is strongly engineering-driven and requires deep technical expertise, hands-on involvement, and ownership of architectural decisions. You will join the Mobile Domain team at Creatio, which is responsible for building and improving solutions for users who work on the go. The team develops mobile setup wizards, adapts products for iOS, Windows, and Android platforms, creates tools such as check-in/check-out, and drives end-to-end mobile capabilities. In this role, you will work on evolving a cross-platform mobile solution, shaping long-term technical strategy, and introducing modern development approaches, including AI-assisted and agentic development practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile platform solutions.
• Define and drive technical direction and architectural decisions together with the team.
• Actively participate in development, especially in complex or high-impact areas.
• Mentor engineers, support their professional growth, and foster a strong engineering culture.
• Facilitate team processes and ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Drive improvements in development processes, engineering standards, and development practices.
• Ensure high-quality engineering practices.
• Help resolve complex technical and product issues when deep technical expertise is required.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the team and organization.
