Lawyer with 3–4 years’ experience in Public Law/Urban Planning. Málaga

We are seeking to hire a lawyer with 3-4 years of experience en Public Law particularly in the urban planning sector, to join our Málaga office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will actively integrate into the team and collaborate on all types of advisory matters in this area: providing advice, preparing reports, participating in administrative proceedings and judicial reviews, and handling due diligence and corporate acquisitions involving or applying public law and regulations governing economic activities, primarily in the urban planning field.

He or she will work in coordination with other associates specializing in public law and lawyers from other practice areas, and will report directly to the supervising partner for each matter.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Strong academic credentials.
• Previous experience of 3-4 years in public law, especially in the urban planning sector.
• High level of English (minimum Advanced level).
• Capacity to generate and share new knowledge, showing sensitivity to business needs and continuously striving for efficiency and excellence.
