Responsibilities

• Manage incidents, changes and problems with a strong focus on restoring service quickly for clients.
• Work with teams to understand client impact and drive actions that prevent issues from happening again.
• Create reports that show service trends, client impact and areas where we can improve.
• Use ITIL practices where helpful to guide processes and support stable and reliable services.
• Ensure that our processes follow regulatory requirements and internal controls that protect our clients.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills and practical experience assessing incidents, changes and problems with clear client impact.
• Proven communication skills and solid experience giving clear, timely updates to support service recovery.
• Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements and experience applying controls in daily processes.
• Good working knowledge of ITIL practices and the ability to use them to guide stable service delivery.
• Experience managing user access, creating profiles and assigning roles across key systems is a strong plus.
• Very fluent in English.
