Job Description

You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...

• being an expert for all compliance questions and managing interactions and communicating with external and internal stakeholders
• developing, implementing, and continuously improving the company's compliance management system, especially around GDPR and AI Act
• identifying, assessing, and monitoring compliance risks
• close alignment with the Security department on obtaining and maintaining ISO certifications
• translating regulatory requirements into internal policies, controls, and processes, and driving their adoption through targeted trainings and awareness initiatives

Qualifications

To connect with ecosio it is important to have...

• a degree in law, business, risk, or similar - or equivalent hands-on experience
• 2-3 years of experience in a compliance function - ideally in a tech / SaaS environment
• a very good command of written and spoken German and English

And nice to have...

• a proactive approach to work and a high level of commitment
• you enjoy building structures and processes from the ground up and making them work in practice
