Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The selected candidate will join Ferrovial's Organization & HR Strategy team, contributing to corporate and cross-functional initiatives and supporting the definition and evolution of the Group's organizational model, HR strategy and transformation projects. This role provides exposure to stakeholders at a group level and Business Units, offering an opportunity to participate in high-impact initiatives that shape the company's overall evolution.

Organization

  • Support the analysis and evolution of the Group organizational model.
  • Assist in reviewing organizational structures, role definitions, and job architecture.
  • Maintain and document organizational processes and policies within Workday (Organization CoE, Workday Organization module).
  • Contribute to global headcount monitoring and organizational data analysis.

Strategy

  • Support the monitoring and follow-up of the HR Strategic Plan and related KPIs.
  • Prepare materials and analysis for internal presentations and senior management forums.
  • Assist with HR reporting and basic data-driven analysis to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate in benchmarking and best-practice research related to organizational and HR trends.

Transformation

  • Support initiatives related to process optimization, digitalization and change management within the HR function.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects at Group level.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Psychology, Labor Relations or similar.
  • Master's degree in human resources is a plus.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong interest in organizational design, strategy and data analysis.
  • Advanced user level in MS Office 365.
  • Interest or basic knowledge of Workday is a plus.

Competencies:

  • Autonomy, proactivity, ability to propose solutions to complex problems.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Learning mindset and results orientation.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Languages:

  • High level of English (C1).
