Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The selected candidate will join Ferrovial's Organization & HR Strategy team, contributing to corporate and cross-functional initiatives and supporting the definition and evolution of the Group's organizational model, HR strategy and transformation projects. This role provides exposure to stakeholders at a group level and Business Units, offering an opportunity to participate in high-impact initiatives that shape the company's overall evolution.
Organization
- Support the analysis and evolution of the Group organizational model.
- Assist in reviewing organizational structures, role definitions, and job architecture.
- Maintain and document organizational processes and policies within Workday (Organization CoE, Workday Organization module).
- Contribute to global headcount monitoring and organizational data analysis.
Strategy
- Support the monitoring and follow-up of the HR Strategic Plan and related KPIs.
- Prepare materials and analysis for internal presentations and senior management forums.
- Assist with HR reporting and basic data-driven analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate in benchmarking and best-practice research related to organizational and HR trends.
Transformation
- Support initiatives related to process optimization, digitalization and change management within the HR function.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects at Group level.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Psychology, Labor Relations or similar.
- Master's degree in human resources is a plus.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong interest in organizational design, strategy and data analysis.
- Advanced user level in MS Office 365.
- Interest or basic knowledge of Workday is a plus.
Competencies:
- Autonomy, proactivity, ability to propose solutions to complex problems.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Learning mindset and results orientation.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Languages:
- High level of English (C1).
