We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to turn innovative product features into powerful stories that drive adoption across Europe. You'll shape go-to-market strategies, craft engaging multi-channel campaigns, and work closely with Product, Brand, and CRM teams to make mobility more seamless for millions of users.

Based in Barcelona, you'll join a diverse, international team and collaborate across seven markets.

Are you ready for your next ride?

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Partnering with Product, Brand, CRM, and Performance Marketing teams to define and implement go-to-market strategies for new app features and services.
• Translating product updates into clear, benefit-driven messaging for both B2C audiences.
• Leading multi-channel communications across in-app messaging, email, push notifications, and paid media (TV, OOH, radio, digital).
• Driving user awareness, adoption, and engagement through testing, data insights, and creative storytelling.
• Collaborating with local market teams across seven countries to tailor campaigns and messages for regional relevance.
• Staying up to date with the product roadmap and proactively identifying communication opportunities.
• Bringing insights from users and competitors back to product teams to influence roadmap and priorities.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in B2C apps, marketplaces, or digital services.
• Proven track record in launching features and delivering successful product adoption campaigns.
• Deep understanding of highly competitive, fast-paced industries such as mobility, delivery, or e-commerce.
• Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional Product and Tech teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Other European languages are a plus.
• Creative and strategic mindset, paired with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, international environment.
