What will you do?

As our new M&A Associate your detail-oriented mindset will ensure close monitoring and analysis in our expansion strategy with direct reporto to our M&A Director. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support and execute M&A transactions under the direction of the M&A Director.
• Build and maintain financial models (valuations, scenarios, sensitivities).
• Prepare investment memos, business cases and presentations for senior management.
• Coordinate and manage due diligence with internal teams and external advisers.
• Analyse financial, operational, regulatory and people‑related risks.
• Support negotiations of transaction documentation (SPA, earn‑outs, conditions precedent).
• Monitor and report on the competitive landscape in the K‑12 education sector.

In this position you will be working closely with our senior management collaborating across Finance, People, Legal and Operations teams.

Who are you?

• 3 -5 years of experience in M&A within private equity‑backed companies.
• Experience in the K‑12 education sector is a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
