Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or high-impact commercial roles with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience structuring complex problems, building data-driven recommendations, and translating insights into action.
  • P&L and commercial acumen, with the ability to set targets, evaluate trade-offs, and design strategies that drive revenue and profitability.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage senior stakeholders, and deliver large-scale projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly autonomous, comfortable with ambiguity, and strong communicator.
  • Fluency in English required, Polish is a plus.

Job Description

YOUR MISSION

As Revenue Lead, you will define and drive Glovo's revenue growth strategy in Poland. You will own Glovo Ads and other key revenue streams, partnering with commercial leaders to translate strategy into execution. Acting as the central point of contact for senior stakeholders on all revenue topics, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the revenue P&L: Set the revenue ambition for Poland and drive delivery across Ads, commissions, and ancillary streams.
  • Drive performance through structured business cadence: Own the reporting cadence for the commercial organisation, ensuring clarity, alignment, and data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Commercial, Marketing, and Global teams to ensure successful execution of key revenue initiatives - from pre-planning and market analysis to launch, optimisation, and scaling.
  • Improve commercial scalability: Develop new sales strategies, pricing approaches, and processes that enhance team effectiveness and support long-term growth.
  • Identify growth opportunities: Use data analysis and market insights to spot opportunities to increase revenue, improve performance, and grow partner investment.
  • Support key partner negotiations: Participate in negotiations with strategic accounts and contribute to Joint Business Planning to strengthen long-term revenue outcomes.
