Misión

Complementar tu formación académica con experiencia práctica en el Departamento de Salud, Prevención y Medio Ambiente, participando en actividades reales de gestión de riesgos, formación y mejora continua en un entorno farmacéutico regulado.

Funciones principales

• Gestión y apoyo en prevención de riesgos específica del sector farmacéutico.
• Colaborar en análisis de riesgos de procesos y definir medidas preventivas/protectoras.
• Apoyar la gestión y coordinación del plan de formación en prevención de riesgos para los distintos puestos.
• Soporte en monitorización, seguimiento y auditoría de procesos EHS.
• Liderar proyectos de mejora asignados y participar en iniciativas de Lean/GPS.

Requisitos

• Titulación universitaria en área técnica, ciencias de la salud o similar.
• Valorable: Máster en PRL (medio/superior) y conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing.
• Inglés mínimo B2 (oral y escrito).
• Informática: usuario avanzado MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) y Microsoft Apps (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams). Se valoran conocimientos en programación/macros.
• Competencias: autonomía en la toma de decisiones, capacidad de análisis, adaptabilidad y trabajo en equipo.

• Formación práctica en EHS dentro de una planta farmacéutica de referencia.
• Desarrollo de competencias técnicas y transversales con visibilidad interna.
• Condiciones: 900€ brutos/mes, jornada completa, 1 año, 25 días de vacaciones, comedor y transporte gratuitos.
