Your responsibilities would include:

identifying the main risks associated with LSP activities with respect to the operation under our control
increasing safety culture and cooperate with stakeholders
creating/maintaining monthly/regular reports that highlight unsafe behaviour and incidents/accidents with input collected from the Operating Companies (OpCo)
monitoring and analysing logistics costs and service level, identifying areas for cost reduction, efficiency, and service level improvements
developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives while ensuring service level is achieved, meeting the OpCo ambitions
collaborating with finance and OpCo CS&L to prepare logistics budgets and forecasts
collaborating with Procurement, OpCos, and other functions to support the tender process to select new LSPs or to evaluate LSP performance and discuss contract extensions
managing the LSP relation and performance according to the LSP management approach in line with our strategy and standards
identifying and roll out joint-improvement initiatives to improve performance
making deployments of outsourced transportation activities and suggest improvements in safety, processes, and assets
providing information where required to support management reporting
being indirectly responsible for ensuring good management of indirect external resources of the LSPs.

You are a good candidate if you have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain, Contract Management, or other related fields
5-10 years of working experience in Supply Chain / Logistics functions (including 2-3 years LSPM and Transport management experience)
good understanding of transportation rules, regulations, standard processes, and business policies
ability to develop and manage client and carrier relationships
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
fluency in English.
