ABOUT THE JOB
As a Packaging Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and reliable packaging operations at our Tangerang Brewery. You will perform process and product control on the line, maintain equipment, and drive initiatives to improve workplace performance according to established quality, safety, and food safety standards. This role requires strong technical capability, attention to detail, and readiness to work in a fast-paced production environment.

JOB PURPOSE & IMPACT
The Packaging Technician is responsible for safeguarding the stability and performance of the packaging line by executing daily operations with high technical discipline and strong compliance to safety, food safety, and quality standards. You will maintain and troubleshoot machinery, ensure accurate process control, and participate actively in improvement initiatives, including AM/5S activities, to support continuous operational excellence.In this role, your work directly contributes to delivering high-quality products to consumers, minimizing downtime, and ensuring efficient use of resources. You will collaborate closely with packaging teams, develop technical capabilities, and gain hands-on experience in a world-class brewery environment-an impactful opportunity to grow your career in manufacturing and #DoSomethingThatMatters.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain equipment and ensure all activities adhere to implemented safety and food safety standards.

Execute process and product control across all packaging machines.

Take initiative and actively participate in optimizing workplace performance through AM/5S teams and improvement activities.

Ensure packaging operations run efficiently and according to production plans-both in standard and non‑standard conditions.

Perform basic maintenance tasks, identify issues early, and assist in improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

CANDIDATE CRITERIA

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering.

Preferably has experience in brewery operations or manufacturing/production line environments.

Conversant in English, both oral and written.

Willing to work in shifts.

Willing to be placed at the Tangerang Brewery.
