As the Logistics Operational Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and high-level performance across our logistics network. Based in our Sydney operations you will be responsible for identifying process improvements and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure we remain a leader in food technology.

You will...

• Lead logistics operational excellence initiatives to drive business impact.
• Analyze logistics metrics and KPIs to identify areas for aspirational growth and efficiency.
• Manage project scopes including budget responsibility and market size analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to overcome current team challenges and streamline reporting structures.
• Execute the main goals of the role to ensure the logistics department meets its first-year objectives.
• Identify and implement "Must Have" process requirements to optimize the logistics chain.

You have...

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational excellence.
• Strong technical expertise and business acumen.
• Experience managing market-specific logistics budgets and team setups.
• The ability to thrive in a CS4 level role with a focus on long-term orientation.
• Full rights to work in Australia/New Zealand.
