This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid , with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain's other sites.

What you will do

• Lead Serial Life projects for Hybrid Powertrain systems (gearbox, electric motor, power electronics, control units, software, calibration and battery), focusing on quality improvements and cost reductions at both component and system level.

• Manage project milestones and ensure achievement of Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance (QCDP) objectives.

• Prepare and present monthly quality and financial performance reports, providing clear visibility on project status and key indicators.

• Define and maintain a rolling 3-year roadmap for cost reduction and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Oversee the design, development, validation and industrialization of hybrid systems (hardware, software and calibration), ensuring performance targets such as efficiency, emissions, drivability and NVH are met.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, supply chain, validation, etc.) and proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.

What are we looking for

• At least 10 years experience doing similar functions, specially in PWT tuning and PWT software/system.

• Maser's in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.

• Technical experience in engine software / calibration and design.

• Experience in managing engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams.

• Ability to manage economics (CAPEX, OPEX).

• English mandatory, Spanish highly appreciated.
