Amazon EMEA PS Account Manager Role:

• You willbe responsible fordriving the sales relationship with Amazon on Computing Product Categories atEMEAlevel.

This will require effective interlock withmulti-countrystakeholders across Sales and Categories where you will need to secure engagement,

sponsorship and budget to drive the change and deliver on dedicated growth initiatives

• HP has ambitious growthobjectiveswith Amazon in EMEA, this is structured through a Joint Businessplan:this role will involve the

execution and delivery of elements within this plan

• Be able to influence and partner with complex matrixed organization to secure progress and a unified approach where possible onPlanning,Portfolioand Pricing

•Establishstrong relationships through strategic business planning to achieve strong trusted advisor relationship with internal and externalstakeholders

•Demonstrateinnovative, end to end thinking and implementation to stay ahead of the competition

• Push beyond what's expected

• Work and communicate efficiently with other internal organizations: market and country sales, categories (country, market and global), WWmarketplaces organization, media & search, sales operations, credit & collection, order processing, supply chain, finance, legal, marketing &trade marketing.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales, Business Management, DigitalCommerceand relevant fields

• Minimum 8 years successful experience in account management of online retailers (or vendor management within an online retailer)

•Very stronganalytical and commercial acumen is essential

• Extreme attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Fluent English isrequired;proficiencyin anadditionalEuropean language (such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, or others) would be considered a strong advantage.
