🎯 What are we looking for?

✅ Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent (or proven equivalent experience).
✅ 5-10 years of experience in technical management within Defense and Security or Space projects.
✅ Advanced technical knowledge of Systems and Navigation.
✅ Advanced background in Production Engineering or similar engineering disciplines.
✅ Proven experience managing subcontractors and supplier interactions.
✅ Experience supporting procurement processes and subcontracting activities.
✅ Experience working in multidisciplinary and project-driven environments.
✅ Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.
