- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in highly complex, multi-vendor environments.
- Professional fluency in English.

📌 Key Responsibilities
- Lead system coordination activities within SAFe environments at Program or Solution level.
- Manage and align dependencies across multiple teams, subsystems, and stakeholders.
- Drive integration across complex architectures, ensuring consistency and system-level alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams in international environments.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders to ensure delivery success.
- Ensure effective usage of Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps for tracking and documentation.
- Operate within multi-vendor ecosystems, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
