• Architect, design, and ship production-grade software and platform features

Minimum Requirements (across all positions):

• 4-10+ years of experience in a relevant discipline
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work with measurable impact
• Ability to operate independently and thrive in ambiguity
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• A high level of ownership, accountability, and execution speed
• Motivation to join an early-stage, high-intensity environment

Nice-to-Haves (role-dependent):

• Experience in fast-growing startups or enterprise SaaS
• Exposure to AI/ML products, data workflows, or agentic systems
• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms or ecosystems
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, modern design systems, or enterprise GTM
• Contributions to open-source, product communities, or operational playbooks
• Direct experience with customer-facing enterprise environments

• Competitive base salary (typically €50,000-€110,000/yr, depending on seniority & discipline) + performance bonuses
