What are we looking for in you?
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Law, or Information Technology.
- 8 –10+ years of IT Contract Lifecycle Management experience, managing complex IT contracts especially for professional services and outsourcing agreements.
- Deep understanding of contract structures, legal language, and commercial terms.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI processes and contract management.
- Experience managing cost-effectiveness, delivery milestones, acceptance processes, and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organisational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English; French is an asset.

The modality will be hybrid in Geneva, Switzerland.

From Izertis, we are currently looking for an IT Contract & Vendor Manager for a consulting mission with one of our clients in the retail sector. As part of the client's Procurement team, the consultant will support in optimizing and executing sourcing strategies for IT categories, such as professional services and software, delivering the best value in terms of quality, service, and total cost of ownership (TCO).
Key Responsibilities
>> Vendor Strategy Design
Support the design of short-term and long-term strategic vendor plans.
>> Vendor Relationship Management
Execute and support governance to address framework agreement execution and adherence, business reviews preparation, business development opportunities, change requests, conflict resolutions, and escalations.
Secure effective governance execution including operational alignment meetings, documentation management, and follow-ups.
>> Contract Management
Support review, negotiation, and management of major IT professional services contracts (Build or Run), ensuring alignment with stakeholders and legal requirements.
Ensure vendor compliance with contractual obligations (financial and performance adherence), manage issues and support escalations.
>>Performance & Compliance
Track and assess vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, coordinate performance reviews and track improvement plans.
Contribute to MSA governance and contractual commitments.
>> Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with internal Technology and Procurement stakeholders to ensure alignment across all sourcing and contract activities.
