Requisitos
Experience: 8–12 years of QA/testing experience, with at least 3+ years in a Test Lead/Manager role.
Oracle Expertise: Hands-on experience testing Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits) and/or Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management).
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, PL/SQL, and database development. Exposure to automation frameworks and test management tools (ALM, Jira, QTest, DevOps).
Domain Knowledge: Proven experience managing Payroll Parallel Runs, Financial Close testing, and end-to-end business process validation.
Methodologies: Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments within large-scale ERP implementation projects.
Desirable Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Functional (HCM or Finance) certification.
- ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or middleware testing.
- Familiarity with data migration/reconciliation tools and cloud migration projects.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Test Manager/Test Lead to lead testing activities for a large-scale digital transformation program. This initiative involves modernizing administrative and support operations through the deployment of Oracle Fusion Applications, replacing a legacy ERP system that has been in place for over two decades.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end test strategy for Oracle Fusion HCM, Payroll, and Financials, ensuring a seamless transition, system stability, and alignment with enterprise quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Planning: Define and drive the overall test strategy, develop comprehensive test plans (SIT, UAT, Regression, Payroll Parallel Runs), and estimate effort, resources, and timelines.
Execution Management: Oversee day-to-day test execution, track progress across release cycles, and manage the defect lifecycle, providing daily status reports and trend analysis.
Release & Patch Management: Own the Oracle quarterly patch assessment process, coordinate targeted regression testing, and validate security and role-based access controls for each release.
Automation & Quality: Establish and maintain a fit-for-purpose automated regression suite to reduce manual effort and ensure rigorous testing of custom extensions and integrations.
Collaboration & Leadership: Direct testing resources from implementation partners, review test outputs, and coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of blockers.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain the Requirement Traceability Matrix, ensure all test cases are linked to business requirements, and produce test summary reports with clear go/no-go recommendations for production deployment.
