About The Role

Knight Frank Scotland is looking for a Saturday Assistant to join our team in Edinburgh.

Responsibilities

The Saturday Assistant will be responsible for covering the office on Saturdays. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality customer service.

• Greet customers in a polite and welcoming manner.
• Answer incoming telephone calls.
• Responding to email enquiries.
• Organise weekend property viewings.
• Maintain a tidy office and reception area.
• Communicate with Operations teams to provide a high level of customer satisfaction

Key Experience Required

• Excellent standard of English Grammar and spelling.
• High level of initiative with the ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• The successful candidate will be proactive, confident in decision-making, and comfortable managing their own time and workload.

Hours and Place of Work

Saturdays from 9:30am to 2pm

This role is based in our Queen Street office

Holidays

Pro rata: 5 days plus closure between Christmas and New Year.
