We are seeking dynamic, highly motivated skilled individuals with experience in delivering people programs, including client engagements to support large scale global transformational programs, in areas such as:

HR Technology: explore alternatives to the recommended solutions, design Project Definition Plan and implement solutions to ensure effective process transformation and new model deployment.

HR Transformation: define the HR Target Operating Model: processes, policies, technology, service delivery model and procedures of HR departments in line with best practices and trends and create the business case.

HR Strategy: define the HR strategy to deliver value to the business, enhance their reputation and minimize risk with key stakeholders and government. Leading and managing HR strategic transformation programs driving performance and value through impactful workforce insights & intelligent HR reporting

The successful candidate will be expected to:Workday system implementation projects.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic solutions to optimize their human capital management processes.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality standards throughout project lifecycles.

The successful candidate should bring the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required

Minimum of 2 - 3 years' consulting experience in HR Technology Project Implementations and/or Technology Services Support.

Must have experience in implementing Workday HCM. Talent or Compensation certification is essential.
