Requisitos
What is important for the role:
2–3 years of experience in e-commerce content production, studio production, or similar environment
Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive mindset with a hands-on attitude and ability to take initiative
Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders at the same time
Previous experience in luxury fashion or understanding of luxury standards is a plus
Good level of English
Confident user of Word and Excel; knowledge of InDesign is a plus

As PhotoStudio E-com Producer, you will work closely with the PhotoStudio Manager to support the end-to-end execution of e-commerce shoots, both Still Life and Ready-to-Wear. Based in our Madrid PhotoStudio, you will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team ensuring smooth production from planning through to final delivery. This is a maternity cover position.
Your role will be:
- Supporting the planning and coordination of e-commerce shoots (Still Life & RTW) from pre-production to post-production
- Assisting with casting, booking and coordination of models, hair & makeup artists, wardrobe stylists, and photographers
- Managing studio resources and product logistics, including requesting, receiving, organizing, and returning product after shoots
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure full RTW collections are available and ready for shooting
- Working closely with stylists during shoots to manage collections and ensure everything runs smoothly on set
- Ensuring all pre-production details are confirmed in advance to guarantee efficient and well-prepared shoot days
- Attending shoots and actively supporting on-set operations, helping to solve issues when needed
- Contributing to the overall organization and flow of the PhotoStudio to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery
