Magna Nextgen Program
During this post graduate program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. As a Assembly Welding Specialist you will be part of a multi-cultural business team and gain a holistic approach of the professional world of Business Development at MAGNA. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.

Who we are looking for

• Fluent in English or German
• Willingness to learn and take over responsibility
• First work experience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in automotive industry
• Willingness to learn and take on responsibility
• First work experience through internships and/or working student positions, ideally in Business Development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Business Development, International Business, Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on Marketing & Strategy, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills
• Understanding of market analysis, innovation, sales strategies, and business expansion & partnership development
• Experienced in CAD software (NX Siemens, Catia)
• Understanding and using technical documentation (2D drawings, 3D data)

Your Responsibilities

• Assembly process analysis and evaluation - process flow, suitable equipment, layout definition
• Cooperation/discussions with integrators for the equipment
• Interaction with the technology and project management teams
• Innovation and improvements in current assembly processes
• Technical presentation within company and to customer
