Magna NextGen Program
During this post graduate program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. As a Business Development Engineer you will be part of a multi-cultural business team and gain a holistic approach of the professional world of Business Development at MAGNA. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.

Who we are looking for

• Fluent in English and Hungarian
• Willingness to learn and take on responsibility
• First work experience through internships and/or working student positions, ideally in Business Development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Business Development, International Business, Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on Marketing & Strategy, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills
• Understanding of market analysis, innovation, sales strategies, and business expansion & partnership development
• Capable of preparing and giving clear and professional presentations to teams and clients, explaining ideas and strategies confidently

Your Responsibilities

• Keep track of and understand Costs - Activity-Based Costing
• Use Quote Models
• Analyse and prepare Investment Decisions -Cosma business analysis (CBA)
• Track commercial changes in our products
• Lead claim management and claim preparation in order to be consistent through multiple divisions
• Identify and assess new Technologies, products or process for profitable business
• Linking Divisional Operations, Sales, Engineering, Finance and the Customer
