The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:
Missions principales
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Qualité, vous aurez pour principales responsabilités :
- Animer les méthodologies de résolution de problèmes (8D, QRQC, PDCA, etc.) suite aux incidentsclients et internes.
- Analyser et traiter les rebuts afin d'identifier les causes racines et mettre en place des actions correctives et préventives.
- Améliorer les performances des processus de production, en collaboration avec les équipes production, méthodes et maintenance.
- Assurer la bonne standardisation des process de fabrication et veiller à l'application des standards qualité en production.
- Réaliser et animer les audits LPA (Layered Process Audit) afin de garantir la conformité des standards et processus.
- Conduire des audits produits et process et suivre les plans d'actions associés.
- Participer à ladémarche d'amélioration continue et au déploiement des standards qualité sur le site.
- Assurer lesuivi des indicateurs qualité et proposer des plans d'amélioration.
